Alleged Infringing Functionality

X mobile app lets a user on a smartphone capture live video/audio and send it over cellular / Wi-Fi networks to X’s servers in real time.
X’s backend selects how and where the stream is presented (to followers, timelines, spaces, embedded players) after it reaches the platform.
Viewers on remote devices receive the selected live stream via X’s app / web client while the event is still in progress.
X manages session control, routing, and distribution of the stream between multiple endpoints over public networks — mirroring the selection and routing workflows taught in my patents.

Note: This block summarizes alleged overlaps between X’s publicly observable live streaming features and my patent claims. It is not a final legal opinion and will be supplemented with full claim charts and evidence.
